Available Positions

  • Administrative Assistant

    Full-time (40 hours): Responsible for performing secretarial and administrative work in support of the Chief Nursing Officer. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, initiative and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects. Minimum of 2-4 years medical office experience preferred. Medical terminology knowledge and high level experience with computer software.

  • Patient Account Follow-Up Specialist

    Full-time (40 hours): Responsible for follow-up with all insurances. Resolve billing problems and answering patient inquiries. Knowledge of medical terminology. Must have minimum three (3) years experience in a medical business office. Must be familiar with CPT and ICD-10 codes.

  • Medical Assistant/ Scheduler- Winfield, KS

    Winfield, KS: Full-time (40 hours): Primary duties include scheduling patient appointments, treatment scheduling, out patient appointments and pre-certifications. Assists with patient care duties, performs clinic support tasks which includes patient escort, stocking exam treatment areas and ordering supplies. Previous scheduling in a medical office preferred.

  • Medical Records Clerk

    Part-Time (24 hours): Responsible for sorting, preparing and attaching patient health information and medical reports into the EMR system.  Position requires organization and attention to detail.  One (1) year office experience preferred.
