  • Registered Nurse (Wichita, KS) - Full-time

    Full-time (40 hours): Qualified RN, with good IV skills to administer chemotherapy in an outpatient, busy, multi-physician oncology practice in Wichita, KS. Assures correct medication dosage form, strength, and quantity as per physician order.  Assesses patients for current condition, including labs, and side effects from current therapy.  New graduates are welcome to apply. 

    • Degree in Nursing.
    • Experience with venipuncture technique.
    • Current CPR required.
  • Registered Nurse (El Dorado, KS) - Full-time

    Full-time (40 hours): Qualified RN, with good IV skills to administer chemotherapy in an outpatient, busy, multi-physician oncology practice in El Dorado, KS.   • Registered Nurse (Parsons, KS) - Full Time

    Full-Time (36 hours): Qualified RN, with good IV skills to administer chemotherapy in an outpatient, busy, oncology practice in Parsons, KS. Assures correct medication dosage form, strength, and quantity as per physician order.  Assesses patients for current condition, including labs, and side effects from current therapy.  New graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Charge Entry Specialist (Wichita, KS) – Full Time

    Full-time (40 hours): Under direct supervision, is responsible for posting all office to patient accounts after checking for completeness and accuracy. Reviews daily Lynx super bills for completeness and accuracy against the flow sheets.  Makes necessary system corrections in the charge import module prior to verifying charges. Follows up with appropriate personnel to obtain complete and correct information. Performs daily audit against the encounter forms and daily schedule to ensure that all encounter forms have been received.

    • Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience.
    • Medical business office experience preferred.
  • Patient Registration Representative - (Wichita, KS) - Full Time

    Full-Time (40 hours): Under general supervision, is responsible for insurance verification and eligibility, assessment of patient financial requirements, counseling patients on insurance benefits and co-payments. Obtains and maintains accurate patient demographics.

    • Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices.
    • Knowledge of insurance agency operation procedures and policies.
    • Knowledge of governmental, legal and regulatory provisions related to collection activities.
    • Knowledge of drugs and supplies utilized.
    • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding.
  • Scheduler (Wichita, KS) – Full Time

    Full-time (40 hours): Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, procedures and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff.

  • Special Project Chart Prep (Wichita, KS) – Temporary Summer Position

    Temporary Full-time (40 hours): Under direct supervision of the G2 Project Taskforce, prepare patient charts for their first office visit in transition from previous electronic medical record system iKnowMed Generation 1, to iKnowMed Generation 2 (G2).

     

    • Strong computer skills

  • Admixture Technician (Wichita, KS) – Full Time

    Full-time (40 hours): Responsible for the safe and aseptic admixture of oncology products. Prepares medications and admixtures using aseptic technique, according to OSHA guidelines. Assures correct medication dosage form, strength, and quantity as per written physician order. Accurately labels all medications and admixtures. Orders oncology products according to treatment schedule. New graduates in Pharmacy Technician programs are welcome to apply.

    • At least one year of previous Admixture Technician experience in a medical setting is preferred
    • Has received training and demonstrates understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines as set forth by the FDA.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with ICD10 codes is preferred.
  • Medical Assistant (Wichita, KS) – Full Time

    Full-time (40 hours): Maintains efficient patient flow, assists with patient care, i.e., exams, procedures and patient education.
