Due to a system outage experienced in late 2025, Cancer Center of Kansas transitioned to a new Practice Management System (PMS). As part of this transition, some patient statements may be issued from our previous billing system while others are issued from our new system.

Important Information

• You may receive two separate statements during this transition period:
  • One from our legacy billing system
  • One from our new billing system
• Each statement may represent different services, dates of service, or balances and should be reviewed individually.
• Some statements may be mailed later than usual as we complete the transition and reconcile account information.
• Accounts are not intended to be sent to collections while updated statements are being issued during this transition period.

How to Determine Your Payment Options

• ✅ If your statement contains a 10-digit MRN/Account Number, you may make a payment online using the button below.
• 📞 If your statement contains a shorter MRN/Account Number, online payment is not yet available. Payments may be made by phone or by mail using the information provided on your statement.
